1. Nontraditional, undergraduate female student age 25 or older 2. Financial need 3. Has personal career goals requiring a college degree in order to help others directly, through teaching, a career in medicine, or a similar field 4. Demonstrated ability to achieve academic success in college (may be determined by high school or college coursework, submitted letters of recommendation or the required essay) 5. An essay, transcript and two letters of recommendation are required

Supplemental Questions
  1. In 300-500 words, describe how your personal career goals include helping others, and how a college degree will be required to do that. You may also include your financial circumstances and any obstacles or barriers that have affected your educational pursuits thus far.
  2. Upload your most recent transcript. Previous transcripts may be submitted if you need to explain a deficient GPA. Transcripts must show your name and the name of the institution.
  3. Provide the names and email addresses of two people who have agreed to submit letters of recommendation for you. One letter should be from a faculty member unless you have been out of school for a long time and this is your first semester back in school.
