1. Self-identifies as having an ethnic background of Chinese or Filipino ancestry (international student or American-born) 2. Admitted major in the College of Liberal Arts or the College of Science and Engineering 3. Overall GPA of 3.5 or higher 4. Financial need; If enrolled full time this scholarship may provide up to one year’s tuition depending on available funding
