1. St. Cloud State degree seeking students who will be studying abroad (complete the Study Abroad questions on the general application) 2. Major in criminal justice, economics, geography, hospitality & tourism, international relations, land surveying, planning & community development, political science, or social studies education 3. In good academic and financial standing with the university
