1. Major in Political Science, pursuing a pre-law course of study (answer the Pre-Law Program question under Miscellaneous on the general scholarship application) 2. Junior or senior when scholarship is received 3. Minimum GPA 3.25 4. Financial need 5. Demonstrated leadership in community or school activities (on the general scholarship application answer the Leadership question)
