1. Elementary or Secondary Education major 2. Demonstrated achievement and leadership (answer the Leadership question on the general scholarship application); Additional consideration given to a student who is married and has a dependent minor child or is a nontraditional/adult learner as defined by the university (must complete the General Demographics portion of the general scholarship application)
