1. Admitted to major in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering 2. Junior or senior when the scholarship is received 3. Minimum GPA of 2.75 in major courses (must complete the Academic Record portion of the general scholarship application) 4. Demonstrated financial need 5. Enrolled full time when the scholarship is received
