1. Admitted to major in a field of the College of Education & Learning Design 2. Overall GPA of 2.5 or above 3. Demonstrated financial need 4. Enrolled full time when the scholarship is received; Additional consideration given to single parents (must complete the General Demographics portion of the general scholarship application)
