1. New incoming freshman 2. Scored at least 23 on the ACT or had a high school GPA of at least 3.3 on a 4.0 scale or was ranked in the top 25% of high school graduating class 3. Demonstrated leadership qualities in high school and community as described on the general scholarship application; Additional consideration will be given to students graduating from Central Minnesota high schools (must complete the General Demographics portion of the general scholarship application)
