1. Incoming freshman enrolled full-time when the scholarship is received 2. Intends to major in a field of the College of Liberal Arts, the College of Education & Learning Design or the College of Health & Wellness Professions 3. Minnesota resident; Additional consideration given to a student who graduated from Monticello or Perham High School.
