1. Is an SCSU Survey student director (not a caller) when the scholarship is received (must answer the SCSU Survey question under Miscellaneous on the general scholarship application) 2. Overall GPA of 3.0 or above 3. Enrolled full-time when the scholarship is received; Additional consideration to student who will be a junior during term scholarship is disbursed
