1. Special Education major who is in junior or senior year block or is student teaching (must complete the College of Education & Learning Design portion of the general scholarship application) 2. Minimum overall GPA 3.0 3. Member in good standing of the Student Council for Exceptional Children (on the general scholarship application answer the University Activities question and include details in an essay) 4. Enrolled full time when the scholarship is received
