1. Major in Elementary or Secondary Education with a career goal of being a teacher at the elementary, middle or high school level 2. Member of a high demand group in the field of education – the current focus is teachers of color 3. Has completed ED 200 or ED 300 or equivalent course (must complete the Academic Record portion of the general scholarship application) 4. Will be a sophomore, junior or senior when the scholarship is received 5. Enrolled full-time when the scholarship is received
