St. Cloud Morning Optimist Club Freshmen Scholarship

1. Incoming first year student 2. Scored at least 23 on the ACT or had a cumulative GPA of at least 3.3 on a 4.0 scale or ranked in the top 50% of high school graduating class 3. Is currently or has recently been employed to help pay for their education (as detailed on general application) 4. Demonstrated experience and/or commitment to core Optimist Club values as detailed on general application (for example, having an optimistic attitude, community service, youth development, good government and civic affairs, respect for law and patriotism, international accord, friendship and relationships).
