1. Early Childhood Education major (Child & Family Studies) 2. Planning to teach birth-3rd grade using music theory as a literacy base (must complete the College of Education and Learning Design portion of the general scholarship application) 3. Financial need 4. Will be a senior, enrolled full-time when the scholarship is received
