1. Undergraduate Mass Communications major 2. Leadership or potential demonstrated while working with some area of SCSU’s educational public radio station KVSC 3. Demonstrated managerial potential or has shown professional competence and interest 4. Minimum GPA 2.5 overall 5. Financial need; Preference given to students with a concentration in creative media
