Darlene M. Carlson Science Encouragement Scholarship for Freshmen

1. Graduated from a MN high school in top 15% of class or had an ACT score of 28 or higher 2. New incoming freshman 3. Intends to major in Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics or Physics 4. Enrolled full time when the scholarship is received 5. Submit short essay explaining interest and aspirations in a selected area of the sciences; Additional consideration given to females.
