1. Incoming freshman enrolled full-time 2. Scored at least 23 on the ACT or had a cumulative GPA of at least 3.3 on a 4.0 scale or ranked in the top 25% of high school graduating class 3. Contributes to cultural diversity of the university 4. Essay required. Additional consideration given to students involved in extracurricular activities and/or community service
