1. Major in a program of the Department of Atmospheric & Hydrologic Sciences 2. Contributes to the cultural diversity of the university or is a first generation college student 3. Financial need 4. Enrolled full-time when the scholarship is received; Special consideration may be given to a student who self-identifies as LGBTQ.
