1. New incoming freshmen who are from one of the following counties are eligible: Crow Wing, Douglas, Todd, Morrison, Pope, Stearns, Benton, Sherburne, Kandiyohi, Meeker or Wright 2. Financial need 3. High school GPA 2.85 or above; Additional consideration may be given to students whose parents work for one of the Miller Companies but who are not immediate family members of the Millers
