1. Graduated from a public high school in St. Cloud District 742 2. Demonstrate academic progress by having completed at least 40 credits, and a minimum of 20 of those completed at SCSU 3. Financial need 4. Enrolled full time when the scholarship is received; Preference will be given to immigrants, refugees and first-generation Americans as possible, or to a student of color
