1. Undergraduate admitted to major in a field of the College of Education and Learning Design 2. Has completed 40 or more credits at SCSU and has at least one semester remaining 3. Mid to high level financial need 4. Overall GPA 2.5 – 3.5 at time of application 5. Enrolled full time when the scholarship is received
