1. Major in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering 2. Junior or senior who is enrolled full time when the scholarship is received 3. U.S. citizen or permanent resident status 4. Must upload degree audit report on general scholarship application; Scholarships will be awarded primarily on academic accomplishments in the required technical courses
