1. Full dues paying member of AFSCME Local #753 in good standing or their eligible dependents 2. Enrolled for credits at St. Cloud State University during the term the scholarship is disbursed 3. Minimum GPA of 2.5 (incoming freshman must have a high school GPA of 2.5 or higher; new incoming transfer students must upload transcript from most recent school); If eligible, you may apply for this scholarship annually but can receive this scholarship only one time
