1. New incoming freshman 2. Certified active member of St. Peter’s Parish or St. Paul’s Parish in St. Cloud 3. High school GPA of 2.5 or higher 4. Essay required. Additional consideration given to students with financial need. If there is no applicant meeting the above criteria the scholarship may be awarded to a student who graduated from Apollo, Tech or Cathedral high school in St. Cloud with a GPA of 2.5 or higher
