1. New incoming freshmen who are from one of the following counties are eligible: Crow Wing, Douglas, Todd, Morrison, Pope, Stearns, Benton, Sherburne, Kandiyohi, Meeker or Wright (must complete the General Demographics portion of the general scholarship application) 2. Financial need 3. High school GPA 2.85 or above
