1. Majoring in a field of the College of Science and Engineering 2. Completed at least one full time semester at St. Cloud State and will be a sophomore when the scholarship is received 3. Overall GPA of 2.65 or higher 4. Financial need 5. Enrolled full time when the scholarship is received
