1. New incoming freshman 2. Graduated from a Minnesota high school in top 15% of class or had an ACT score of 28 or higher 3. Intends to major in Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics or Physics 4. Enrolled full time when the scholarship is received; Additional consideration given to women.
